Áreas Verdes is an association that is focused on the creation of forests as a tool to combat climate change, desertification, rural depopulation, promoting green employment.
- Comfortable footwear, preferably with ankle protection and rubber soles with raised tread to prevent slipping. It is advisable to wear boots or, failing that, hiking shoes. If it had rained the previous days, it would be advisable to have waterproof footwear. Trousers and long sleeves to avoid scratches from vegetation and insect bites. Band-aids for blisters from footwear. Drink and light food, preferably fruit, candied fruit or unsalted nuts, which will serve as a snack. Although it is not summer, it is advisable to bring: sunglasses and sunscreen.
