For yet another year the Repsol Foundation is collaborating with Fundación Integra, in its Skills Redevelopment Programme, a comprehensive training and personal empowerment programme aimed at a wide range of people at risk of marginalisation, including women who have been victims of gender violence, the homeless, prostituted and/or trafficked women, former drug addicts, former inmates, young people at risk of marginalisation or on probation, and people with disabilities. Through this training, they are able to rediscover their skills and abilities, channelling them in their search for employment.

Collaborating in the Programme, you will be able to give training sessions based on your knowledge and professional experience, related to the preparation of a CV, personal branding, preparing for a job interview, basic legal training, home economics, etc.

As well as imparting theoretical knowledge, you will also strengthen their identity as people with the right to a satisfying life full of possibilities. The workshops will provide them with the necessary tools in their search for employment and the selection processes, being able to find a job that will allow them play a key role in their future. The ultimate goal is for them to recover their self esteem and hope for the future, recognising their skills in order to enter the job market successfully.
