Create a quality management tool and process alongside Fundación Amanecer for a Koiki courier and parcel service centre, a last-mile delivery company that also generates employment for groups that find it difficult to enter the labour market.
Team challenge: creation of a technical document for the quality management system with the organisational structure and use of techniques and measures to improve internal processes at Koiki centres.
